Job Summary
Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) provides in-home and community-based occupational therapy for pediatric patients with physical, cognitive, sensory, or social/emotional needs. Responsibilities include evaluating and interpreting assessments, developing child-specific goals, creating and implementing therapy plans with physicians, guiding caregivers to transfer activities into daily routines, coordinating with referral partners, and documenting care in an electronic medical record. Required Qualifications
