Job Summary
Occupational Therapist in pediatric home health to implement treatment plans for children with physical, cognitive, sensory and social-emotional needs in home/community settings. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, setting goals, developing and administering OT treatment plans, addressing physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL and social-emotional development needs, coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, and designing home exercise programs for discharge continuation. Documentation in an EMR, maintaining patient confidentiality, and providing ongoing support and mentoring to families and staff are included. Required Qualifications
