Job Summary
Provide pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings by planning and implementing OT treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs. Conduct evaluations, develop goals in collaboration with physicians, and implement therapy plans. Help pediatric and young adult patients improve independence in daily activities, participate in caregiver education and coaching to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routine, and coordinate with referral partners. Design and instruct home exercise programs post-discharge, document care in the EMR, and maintain patient confidentiality. The role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits and ongoing mentoring and training.
Required Qualifications
- Texas State OT license
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
