Job Summary
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to implement pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings. Responsibilities include executing therapy plans for pediatric and young adult patients to address physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL and social-emotional development; educating and empowering caregivers to carry over activities; designing and instructing home exercise programs; documenting care in an electronic medical record system; maintaining patient confidentiality; and participating in ongoing mentorship and training within a clinician-led home health team.
Required Qualifications
- Texas State COTA license
- Current CPR certification
