Job Summary
Provide pediatric physical therapy in home and community settings, implementing treatment programs to assist children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional disabilities or delays. Develop goals and implement therapy plans in collaboration with physicians, educate and empower caregivers to carry over activities at home, coordinate with referral partners, ensure continuity of care after discharge through home exercise programs, and document care using an EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality. Includes a sign-on bonus and a range of benefits; part-time and full-time scheduling options available.
Required Qualifications
- Texas State PT license
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 yr. of experience preferred
