Job Summary
A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides pediatric speech-language pathology services in the home and community, implementing treatment programs to address cognitive, speech, language, and/or social-emotional disabilities in pediatric patients. Responsibilities include executing therapy plans with supervision, helping children develop or regain communication and functional skills, coaching caregivers to carry over activities at home, designing home exercise programs to continue progress after discharge, documentation in an electronic medical record, and maintaining patient confidentiality. The role supports bilingual Spanish preferences and offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing mentoring and training.
Required Qualifications
- ASHA Certification
- Texas State SLP License
- Current CPR certification
