SIGN ON BONUS - $1,500 - Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Provide pediatric physical therapy services as a PTA in home health settings, collaborating with a Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans focused on improving physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional functioning for children. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing goals and therapy plans, coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners (e.g., Early Intervention Colorado), ensuring continuity of care post-discharge via home exercise programs, documenting care in an EMR, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Achieve patient independence through skilled interventions, educate families to empower ongoing therapy at home, and participate in mentorship and ongoing training. Eligible licensed PTA in Texas with CPR certification; 1 year of experience preferred.
