Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) delivering pediatric services in home and community settings. Responsible for evaluating and treating cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social-emotional needs; developing and implementing individualized therapy plans; setting goals in collaboration with physicians; educating and coaching caregivers to carry over therapeutic activities; coordinating with referral partners; ensuring continuity of care post-discharge; documenting care in an EMR system while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requires ASHA certification, state licensure, and CPR certification; at least 1 year of experience preferred. Positions offered as part-time or full-time with comprehensive benefits and a sign-on bonus.
