Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for pediatric home health (part-time or full-time) to implement evaluation-driven treatment plans for children with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs in home and community settings. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, setting goals with physicians, developing and implementing OT treatments, assisting families to carry over activities, educating caregivers, coordinating with referral partners, designing home exercise programs, documenting care in EMR, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Qualifications include a state license and current CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred.
