Job Summary
Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to implement home and community-based occupational therapy programs for children with physical, cognitive, sensory, and social-emotional needs. Perform evaluations, develop child-specific goals, and create/implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians; address areas including physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADLs, and social-emotional development; educate and empower caregivers and families to carry over activities at home; coordinate with referral partners and document care in an EMR; maintain patient confidentiality. Required Qualifications
