SIGN ON BONUS - $1,000 - Bilingual Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) needed to deliver pediatric speech-language pathology services in home and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs to address cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social-emotional needs; planning and administering speech therapy; evaluating and interpreting results; developing individualized goals; creating and implementing therapy plans with physician input; educating and coaching caregivers and families to integrate therapeutic activities into daily routines; coordinating with referral partners to provide services; ensuring continuation of therapeutic plans after discharge through home exercise programs; documenting care and coordinating in an electronic medical record; maintaining patient confidentiality.
