Job Summary
Sign Maker focused on graphic design and sign production in a hands-on role. Responsible for creating artwork and preparing customer files for production, ensuring compatibility for laser and printer equipment, and operating/maintaining signage production machinery (UV flatbed printer, vinyl printer/plotter, CO2 laser, rotary engraver). Requires proficiency in vector design software (Illustrator/CorelDRAW), strong attention to detail, ability to work independently after training, and readiness to work overtime. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week) with potential for additional hours. Growth opportunities and a collaborative, hands-on team environment at Cab Signs in Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in vector-based design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar)

- Ability to work independently and take initiative once fully trained
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Experience with sign manufacturing equipment (UV flatbed printer, vinyl printer/plotter, CO2 laser, rotary engraver)
- Proficiency in producing high-quality custom signs and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
