Job Summary
Provide Sign-to-Voice and Voice-to-Sign interpreting services in a Video Relay Service setting. Effective communication between American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English is required. Candidates must demonstrate compliance with necessary licensure, Sorenson standards, and attendance policies. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a flexible work schedule. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an interpreter certification and additional education preferred.
