Job Summary
Provide Sign-to-Voice and Voice-to-Sign interpreting services between American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English. Maintain compliance with national, state, or local licensure and certification requirements. Possess skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues and work in a highly regulated, customer service-focused environment. Flexibility in scheduling and excellent attendance is essential. Candidates should have knowledge and abilities in ASL, be capable of working effectively in a team environment, and be willing to enhance interpreting skills through continued education.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities in ASL
- Ability to pass required skills assessment
- Interpreter certification as required by local regulations
- Regular and predictable attendance
