Job Summary
Contract Sign Language Interpreter for the 2026-2027 school year in a K-12 setting. On-site in Augusta, GA, 40 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $34.50 per hour on a local contract, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, CEU & license reimbursements, 401K matching, and referral bonuses. Candidates must hold a valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license (or be in process) and be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered. The role supports school-based special education for Elementary through High School levels during the 2026-2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as Sign Language Interpreter within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid Sign Language Interpreter credential/license or in process in state of practice
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will be asked for proof upon hire. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
