Job Summary
Install and service commercial signage at customer locations; assist with loading/unloading and transportation of signage materials; operate company vehicles, tools, and installation equipment safely; read and interpret measurements and installation specifications; use hand tools and power tools; perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting; maintain a safe, organized work environment; communicate professionally with team members and customers on job sites; track and maintain tools, materials, and equipment; follow safety procedures and company standards; support additional shop or field responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to qualify for company vehicle insurance
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical job demands
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to take direction and follow through on tasks
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
