Job Summary
Conduct on-site installations for interior graphics, exterior post & panel structures, and vinyl signage. Perform quality checks pre and post-installation by reviewing work orders and proofing signs. Conduct site surveys to take precise measurements and gather details for quoting. Schedule installation appointments, set realistic project deadlines, and estimate labor time. Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and lift equipment in compliance with safety standards. Unload raw materials and report inventory reorder needs to management. Maintain clear communication with sales staff and clients regarding project details. Requires 3-5 years of sign production experience, a valid driver's license, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with hand/power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and hydraulic lift equipment
- Comfortable with physical tasks including standing, kneeling, climbing, leaning, and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor while producing quality work under tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sign production preferred
