Job Summary
Fabricate, assemble, and finish commercial signage including channel letters, cabinet signs, and dimensional letters. Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and layouts; operate fabrication equipment (saws, routers, welders, shear brakes, rollers); work with aluminum, acrylic, steel, and LED components; perform material preparation, assembly, finishing, and quality checks; assist with electrical wiring for illuminated signs when applicable; maintain a clean, safe workspace; collaborate with design/production/installation teams and provide field support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial sign fabrication experience
- Experience with channel letter fabrication and sign assembly
- Proficiency using fabrication tools and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate power tools and machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
