Job Summary
Sign Fabrication Operator responsible for finishing operations (trimming, mounting, laminating), installing sign jobs throughout Utah (including overnight travel), coordinating with sales team and clients to ensure installations meet specifications and timelines, managing on-site installation challenges with cost-effective problem-solving, maintaining tools and equipment, following safety procedures, monitoring production machines, and performing miscellaneous duties (customer service, data entry, deliveries, shop maintenance). Requires good communication, problem solving, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and adherence to safety protocols. Typical hours 8am-5pm Monday–Friday with potential overtime; onsite/hours subject to production needs.
