Job Summary
Create electrical sign design drawings, elevations, sections, layouts, and production-ready artwork by reading and interpreting architectural plans and blueprints. Prepare accurate files for sign fabrication, vinyl production, and digital printing while retouching and enhancing photographs. Review artwork for accuracy and specifications, managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Work closely with project management, engineering, fabrication, and production teams to ensure designs move from concept to completed installation. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional sign design or production art/drawing experience
- Strong experience reading architectural blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience creating sign drawings, elevations, details, and sections
- Knowledge of sign fabrication methods and vinyl application
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW 2025 and Corel PHOTO-PAINT 2025
- Strong photo retouching and image-editing skills
- Typing speed of at least 30–35 words per minute
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong ability to read and understand architectural blueprints and construction drawings
- Understanding of Graphic Design software (CorelDraw preferred)
- Experience reading architectural elevations, sections, details, and technical drawings
- Strong layout, typography, and graphic-design skills
- Image and photo-retouching experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
- Typing speed of at least 30–35 words per minute
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team

- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- CAD programs
- Knowledge of construction documents, building materials, fabrication, or manufacturing
- Experience preparing files for production or CNC equipment
