Job Summary
Assist mission partners in developing CONOPs, project plans, and GANTT charts while drafting Staff Processing Forms to support project coordination. Champion assigned projects at cross-enterprise forums and facilitate meetings for Configuration Change Management and Executive Requirements Review. Perform systems engineering activities to support customer deployment planning and modernization efforts, including stakeholder requirements analysis, implementation process integration, and risk management. Track partner interactions and action items using Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence. Provide support to technical and project engineering processes related to SIGINT collection systems capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance w/ FS Poly
- CCA Authorized
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline
- At least 6 years of systems engineering experience
- Master's degree or PhD (substitutable for two years of experience)
- High school diploma or GED plus 10 years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with Atlassian tools suite, especially Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with SIGINT systems
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in data flow diagrams, and DMR processes
