Job Summary
SIGINT Analyst role supporting the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP). Provide assessments and evaluations of performance and feasibility of Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT components; identify performance, cost, and schedule risks; prepare recommendations for client staff. Participate in forums with external organizations on employment, acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation, and dissemination systems; evaluate SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions; contribute to New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- MA/MS or BA/BS plus 15 years SIGINT Analyst experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) or DOD, OR 20 years SIGINT Analyst experience
- Experience with SIGINT collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination systems
- Experience searching RF transmission pathways to identify, collect, locate, and process target analog and digital signals
