Sierra DC Supervisor

Operate an efficient, productive, and safe department by meeting daily production requirements while maintaining high quality and service standards. Spend a minimum of 90% of the shift on the floor reviewing orders, directing associates, and managing day-to-day activity including planning, flow, and resource allocation. Develop and motivate a workforce of 20+ associates, ensuring high morale and effective relationships with business partners, management, and the union. Build effective communication channels to provide for an efficient operation and ensure the area meets all safety and housekeeping requirements. Constantly review practices and methods to identify opportunities for improvement.
