Job Summary
Functional PLM / Teamcenter Administrator responsible for the reliability, quality, and efficiency of the Teamcenter PLM environment across UK and US sites; support data standardization, CAD integration improvements, and multi-site migration from Windchill and Smarteam to Teamcenter; collaborate with design engineers, production engineering, CAD administrators, and the global PLM/IT organization to ensure stable, efficient, and standardized PLM operations; create and maintain Teamcenter queries, troubleshoot user issues, manage access rights, open and validate CAD models in NX, SolidWorks, and Creo, clean and standardize legacy data, support workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives; develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, specifications, and training materials; familiarity with Oracle and Power BI; requires on-site presence in the UK or US, occasional travel to UK/US, and valid authorization to work in the UK or US; role involves office-based work with possible shop-floor presence and standard PPE when entering production areas; salary range $79,000-$120,000 annually; drug screen and fitness-for-duty tests may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Teamcenter functional support, administration, or PLM analyst roles
- Understanding of BMIDE concepts, workflows, queries, datasets, and lifecycle states
- Ability to open and troubleshoot NX, Creo, or SolidWorks assemblies
- Knowledge of product structure principles (EBOM, CadBOM)
- Experience supporting engineering teams in industrial environments
- Strong communication skills; ability to guide non-technical users
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Experience with data cleaning or multi-CAD environments is a strong plus
