Operate one or several kiosk locations within the KellyDeli network, managing daily production, raw material orders, and financial aspects while adhering to food safety laws and local legislation. Recruit and manage your team in compliance with employment standards, ensuring your business meets franchise contract requirements and KellyDeli operational standards. Build strong relationships with retailers and maintain high customer service levels across your sites. Requires availability for 4 to 6 weeks of training and local language proficiency.
