Siding Supervisor

Manage day-to-day stockyard and logistics activities, ensuring timely submission of rail intents and correct train loading in accordance with TFR standards. Coordinate daily scheduling and blending to control quality, while conducting coal inspections and maintaining the area of responsibility. Supervise subordinates on train and loading procedures, maintain production statistics, and manage stockpile reconciliation documentation. Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. Requires Grade 12, N3, relevant tertiary qualification, and three years of mining experience with stockpile management expertise.
