Job Summary
Execute installation tasks including concrete forming, drywall installation, and stucco application while utilizing power and hand tools safely. Read blueprints to ensure accurate installations and conduct masonry work as needed for high-quality finishes. Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to meet project timelines and assist in estimating by providing input on material and labor requirements. Maintain a clean work environment adhering to safety protocols. This contract role is based in Coeur d'Alene, ID, with 50% travel required and relocation preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in concrete forming techniques
- Experience with caulking applications for sealing joints and cracks
- Strong knowledge of power tools operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with drywall installation processes
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and implement plans effectively
- Knowledge of metal stud framing practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction site environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in masonry work is a plus
