Job Summary
Install siding materials including wood and vinyl, building wrap, window trims, and strapping. Accurately measure and cut all materials, work from ladders and scaffolding, and inspect work for accuracy and quality. Complete all tasks in an efficient manner. Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license. Experience with metal siding is an asset; when siding work is unavailable, perform ICF construction, structural slab framework, light framing, wood siding, patios, interior finish, hardwood flooring, and demolition. Full-time, temporary, or permanent role within 45 minutes of Greater Moncton. Benefits available after three months.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working with flat stock and bending metal
- Must have a vehicle
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work from ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to accurately measure and cut all materials pertaining to the applicable scopes
- Must be able to inspect work for accuracy and quality
- Must be able to complete all work in an efficient manner
- Must be available to work on ICF construction, structural slab framework, light framing, wood siding, patios, interior finish, hardwood flooring, demolition, etc. when siding work is not available
