Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a siding installer or in exterior construction (preferred but not required depending on training availability)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work at heights
- Strong understanding of construction measurements and basic math
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with fiber cement (Hardie)
- Familiarity with building envelope best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
