Job Summary
Measure homes according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards, then accurately cut, fit, and install siding materials for a clean, precise finish. Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail while communicating clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite, collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials and scheduling, and ensure timely project completion by reporting issues promptly. Represent Southern Industries professionally on site while working independently to solve problems. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 100 lbs., and climb ladders, with a preference for 2+ years of experience in home improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or experience in the home improvement industry (minimum 2 years preferred)
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite
- Willingness to comply with background checks and drug screening if required
