Siding Installation and Service Manager

Lead, manage, and oversee all siding and gutter installation crews and service technicians in Pittsburgh. Ensure accountability, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards; troubleshoot and resolve installation/service issues; provide field support and guidance to installers and technicians; maintain clear communication between field personnel and office staff; coordinate and order siding, gutter, and related project materials; collaborate with office staff to schedule installations, service appointments, and project timelines; monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability; maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and installation best practices. Requires minimum 3 years of siding/gutter installation experience; leadership/project management experience preferred; strong problem-solving, customer service, organizational, and communication skills; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
