Job Summary
Lead, manage, and oversee all siding and gutter installation crews and service technicians. Ensure accountability, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards. Review, troubleshoot, and resolve installation and service-related issues. Provide field support and guidance to installers and technicians as needed. Maintain clear communication between field personnel and office staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices. Coordinate and order siding, gutter, and related project materials. Collaborate with office staff to schedule installations, service appointments, and project timelines. Monitor project progress to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and installation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in siding and gutter installation.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of exterior remodeling products, installation techniques, and construction practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
