Job Summary
Manage snow removal operations by operating a sidewalk truck equipped with a snowblower, snowrator, shovels, and a laborer to maintain multiple properties along your assigned route. Coordinate jobs, team members, and work orders while navigating using a GPS system in freezing outdoor conditions. Lift 50-60 pounds without assistance and work well under high pressure to efficiently complete assignments. Shifts vary from 6 to over 12 hours between October 30th and the season's final storm, requiring on-call availability at any hour. Use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and field software while passing company safety training and a drug test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available and willing to work at any hour between October 30th and the last snowstorm of the season
- Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm and can be anywhere from 6 hours to more than 12 hours long
- Must have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment
- Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about the Xtreme Snow Pros client commitment
- Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions
- Maintain good physical condition so you can be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
- Valid and clean driver's license with no restrictions
- Pass a company safety training course and drug test
- Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software
- Work well under high pressure situations
- Have transportation to reach job-sites
