Attend associates and the community, identifying business opportunities, resolving low-complexity demands, and directing clients to the most effective physical or digital channels. Identify new business prospects, welcome associates, and facilitate their digital inclusion through self-service channel promotion. Assist in credit collection for overdue operations, manage cash transactions including receipts and payments, and prevent fraud and money laundering. Support the business unit in maintaining accurate associate records and applying internal and systemic regulations. Act as an occasional agent for cooperative events and support the integration of new associates. Execute routine support and administrative tasks with limited autonomy within established parameters.
