Conduct regular building patrols and maintain constant property presence to ensure only authorized personnel enter the site. Execute person, vehicle, and exit controls while monitoring traffic and parking areas. Enforce all safety regulations and implement preventive fire protection measures to detect and prevent fires early. Perform daily object inspections during shift hours to secure the facility. Requires §34a GewO qualification; suitable for career changers from hospitality or retail. Full-time or part-time roles available with 12-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday.
