Conduct patrols inside and outside the building to ensure order and security. Manage reception duties including greeting guests, verifying appointments, and directing visitors to appropriate areas. Operate and monitor building alarm systems, video surveillance, and reporting systems. Handle incoming calls and provide general information while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during de-escalation of challenging situations. Complete detailed documentation of incidents, reports, and special events. Requires Sachkunde certification per § 34a GewO, a clean criminal record, and good German language skills. Full-time or part-time hours available with flexible scheduling.
