Job Summary
Coordinate physical safety, occupational health, fire protection, and patient safety initiatives while advising leadership on risk management and emergency protocols. Develop safety concepts, analyze hazards, and ensure compliance with legal standards and industry solutions. Plan training programs to foster a sustainable safety culture and manage access systems and reporting. Serve as the primary contact for authorities, external partners, and the fire brigade commander. Manage budgeting for security measures and contribute to business health management committees. Handle occasional off-hours emergency deployments and travel to Sion. Requires EKAS certification, fire protection training, and experience in healthcare or SME environments.
Required Qualifications
- technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Sicherheitsfachfrau/-fachmann EKAS
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sicherheitsbeauftragte/r
- vorzugsweise im KMU-Umfeld
- idealalerweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Objektschutz
- Kenntnisse in Schliess- und Alarmierungssystemen
- hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
- Gelegentliche Reisen nach Sion
- Einsätze ausserhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit in Notsituationen
