Job Summary
Lead, Tech Transformation for the global Salesforce Innovation Center; responsibilities include actively learning, evaluating, and piloting AI capabilities across Salesforce ecosystem and approved third-party platforms (Agentforce, Slack, Data 360, Gemini, Claude), co-developing pilot programs to test AI-driven solutions for SIC workflows, developing AI learning resources to build AI fluency across regional teams, enhancing customer experiences from pre-briefing to post-event follow-up, designing and implementing global processes and technology, driving automation and workflow improvements (including Slack workflows and Slackbot skills), overseeing global metrics and self-service capabilities, and creating scalable knowledge assets and enablement materials for consistent SIC operations across centers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in program management, operations, or similar role within a global organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies in day-to-day work
