Job Summary
Lead ASD portfolio training solutions for internal and external customer facing roles, including in-person training, eLearning, and webinars. Apply deep product, portfolio and industry knowledge to trainings, and act as a learning and development SME within ASD and the enterprise. Implement division lead content and strategy into sales training programs for ASD products, applications and markets. Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for ASD sales professionals at different stages of career (from new hire to expert). Design, maintain and execute ASD skills evaluation to assess training needs and customize programs to address specific skill gaps within ASD. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ASD training initiatives. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ASD sales professionals. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training. Establish and own relationships with key stakeholders within the division, across areas, departments and levels of leadership. Collaborate closely with regional leaders, portfolios leaders, application engineers, global industrial channel and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of successful sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Demonstrated ability of influencing others to positive action and goal attainment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who can effectively work in a fast-paced environment; and work through and manage change/ambiguity, with an appropriate sense of urgency
- Proven experience in sales, sales training and/or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques
- Ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
