Job Summary
SI - Project Engineering Manager leads a team of signal integrity engineers designing copper-based I/O cable assemblies for high-bandwidth applications up to 448 Gbps per lane, coordinating testing strategy, plans, and acceptance criteria; collaborates with product management and stakeholders across data center, cloud, 5G, and enterprise markets to ensure quality and timely delivery; requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline, 5+ years in software and SI testing with leadership experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking; location: Valley Green, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical communication / electrical engineering/ computer science/ software engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software and SI (signal integrity) testing, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience with a defect tracking system.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
