Job Summary
Shuttle Point Supervisor who will oversee daily Shuttle Point Drivers, ensure regulatory compliance and safe operations, and coach/discipline staff. The role includes supervising driver performance, route planning and scheduling, occasional driving if needed, and coordinating with sales and operations to maintain quality customer service. Responsibilities include training new Shuttle Point employees, conducting driver and route audits, investigating accidents, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting in recruiting and retention of staff. Requires a Class A CDL, 3+ years driving experience, and ability to manage team performance, safety, and compliance across Corbin, KY and Mt. Sterling, KY locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- CDL Class-A License for interstate commerce with doubles endorsement
- Three years driving experience and/or driving school experience
- Experience directly supervising people (desirable)
