Job Summary
Manage offsite ingress and onsite egress shuttle operations for all Hard Rock Stadium events, including Miami Dolphins games, the Miami Open, and the Formula 1 Grand Prix. Control flow and counting of guests, accurately distribute them amongst shuttle line queues, and maintain consistent distribution for each loading zone based on bus capacity. Lead a team of bus loaders and way finders, delegate positions within the assigned bus system, and ensure all staff are properly equipped. Confirm loading quantities against bus limits, assist with guest inquiries, and initiate bus decommissioning by gathering GPS, signage, and headrest covers. Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests while communicating professionally with all partners. Commit to 80% of all events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, working outdoors for 6+ hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to commit to 80% of all Hard Rock stadium events including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Successful completion of drug and background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and event operations experience (entry level or supervisory)
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish
