Job Summary
Verify supplies, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain the golf cart's cleanliness and mechanical condition while completing pre- and post-shift paperwork. Safely transport passengers to approved destinations, assisting with luggage and greeting customers with the company standard of service. Report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to your supervisor. Complete minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by local management. A valid driver's license and one year of related experience are required. This seasonal role supports Legacy Parking's customer experience team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Ability to read and understand verbal instructions and written correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional, friendly manner
- Valid driver's license, maintained in good standing
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle with standard or automatic transmission
