Job Summary
Provide friendly and professional shuttle service for guests using company vehicles, assisting with luggage during check-in and check-out while greeting arrivals and departures warmly. Share information about resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options while maintaining a courteous demeanor. Keep vehicles and luggage carts clean, safe, and well-maintained, and support the Front Desk with guest service needs. Follow all safety policies and report issues promptly to management. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; previous driving or hospitality experience preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
