Job Summary
The Shuttle Driver safely transports guests and employees to designated areas within the resort while delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include operating shuttle vans and golf carts, assisting guests with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, monitoring schedules, and providing resort information. A valid Washington State Driver’s License and a minimum age of 21 are required, along with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist guests with mobility needs.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings or evenings.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, transportation, or guest services preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
