Job Summary
Operate shuttle vehicles safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws, resort policies, and established routes to transport guests and associates to airports, golf courses, and resort facilities. Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and luggage while responding to inquiries with courtesy. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, keeping vehicles clean and stocked, and maintain accurate daily records of mileage, fuel, and passenger counts. Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes or delays. This role requires weekend, holiday, and extended peak season availability. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, with prior shuttle experience preferred.
