Job Summary
Transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations while operating shuttle vehicles safely. Assist travelers with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures, and provide wayfinding support and information. Conduct vehicle inspections and document activity logs accurately, maintaining organized work areas. Welcome guests and ensure positive first and last impressions through professional, courteous service. Work evenings, weekends, and special events; valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record and ability to meet client requirements
- Ability to safely operate shuttle vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and calm in fast paced environments
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends
- Ability to safely transport guests, patients, visitors, and associates to designated locations
- Ability to conduct vehicle inspections and document vehicle activity in accordance with company procedures
- Ability to maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately
- Ability to welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, luggage assistance, and service-related needs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to push and pull luggage, wheelchairs, mobility equipment, and other guest-related items
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
