Job Summary
Airport shuttle driver supervision responsibilities including safe, timely transport to/from airport, maintaining records of vehicle maintenance, fueling, and daily activities; provide exceptional customer service, assist passengers with luggage and boarding, operate wheelchair lifts or assist mobility-impaired passengers, adhere to DOT policies, drive efficiently to optimize profitability, and participate in training to improve driving and customer service skills. Emphasis on accountability, teamwork, and a positive passenger experience while supporting a fast-paced shuttle operation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Valid CDL with airbrake endorsement
- 2+ years’ experience driving a commercial vehicle
- Clean driving record and adherence to safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Up-to-date medical certification
