Job Summary
Greet residents and assist with getting on/off the shuttle, help with packages, and communicate clearly about arrival times. Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness and full operational condition, perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, and report repairs or needs to the resident services coordinator and management. Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with patience, are essential. Schedules are determined by the resident services coordinator to ensure shuttle availability across properties.
