Job Summary
Drive shuttle buses transporting customers to and from facilities, greeting passengers and assisting with loading and unloading. Operate vehicles safely and efficiently while conducting pre/post trip inspections and monitoring vehicle conditions. Communicate with dispatchers via two-way radio to coordinate routes and handle customer or vehicle issues. Treat all customers courteously, monitor traffic and weather conditions, and report accidents or safety situations immediately.
Required Qualifications
- 3 Years Drivers License
- Valid driver's license (at least 3 years)
- At least 20 years old
- Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service: 1 year+
- Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
